Roskill’s Battery Supply Chain Europe 2018 will be hosted at the InterContinental Hotel, Düsseldorf—a luxury city centre hotel on the fashionable Königsallee, close to the old town.

The hotel is easily accessed from Dusseldorf’s international airport by taxi (about 30 euros) or public transport. There is also parking available for delegates who wish to drive. Rooms feature flat-screen TVs and paid Wi-Fi, plus desks, coffeemakers and marble bathrooms with heated floors. Amenities include a restaurant and a bar, plus a spa, a sauna, a steam room and a gym.

The registration fee includes attendance at all conference sessions, the welcome reception, lunch and refreshment breaks on both days and a set of the conference proceedings including an electronic copy of the conference papers.

Payments for conference registration are accepted online by credit card. If necessary we can also accept cash payments on the day. Please note all delegates must have paid fully to gain admittance to the event.

Full refunds, less a cancellation administration charge of €250, will be made on cancellations received two months prior to the event.

Unfortunately, Roskill cannot take responsibility for weather, personal or travel/visa issues that might prevent your attendance at our conferences. We recommend that you ensure that your travel plans leave you enough time to cope with weather delays or industrial action and that your travel insurance policy will recompense you for any financial loss that you suffer as a result of being unable to travel for other reasons.

Remember that if you cannot attend an event then you can always send a colleague in your place at no extra charge. Please refer to the question ‘Can my colleague replace me if I cannot attend the conference?’
