Business Development Manager – MENA

Main Responsiblities

  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
  • Collaborate with senior managers and peers to ensure that targets are met
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the MENA Region. The candidate must possess and articulate a strong understanding of Roskill products and services, our competition in the industry, and the positioning of Roskill within the broader market
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors within the industry

Essential Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of five years proven track record in business sales or related market
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software as well as CRM systems
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
  • Fluency in Arabic and English

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Additional language skills and / or degree level education would be a distinct advantage.
  • The candidate should be based in the Middle East with legal right to work in the region.
  • Candidate must be able to travel within the MENA region and elsewhere on a regular basis.
